Services we offer
This is the booking for our initial session and pricing for all sessions that fall under counselling, the talk therapy approach. Our initial session is created to allow for reflection on your life and resources moving forward. Sessions are one hour in length.
Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing, EMDR is a process used to assist you in reprocessing traumatic memories. Reprocessing memories when in a safe space allows you to make effective change by rewiring the brain. You are in the driver’s seat and supported to release and reprocess the painful memories. You won’t have to replay the story over and over again, because this process assists with leaving the painful part of the memory in the session and feeling empowered when completed.
This session will be a combination of counselling and tools that are curated for you to assist with somatic healing that will allow you to create the authentic life you desire.
